1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to DevasMiscr Media. By accessing and using our website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services Description

DevasMiscr Media provides home repair and renovation services in the United Kingdom. Our services include but are not limited to interior renovation, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, plumbing, electrical work, and exterior repairs.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice or liability.

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices quoted are subject to change if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen circumstances arise during the course of work.

Additional work not specified in the original quotation will be charged separately and will require customer approval before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are as follows:

• 30% deposit required before commencement of work.
• 40% payment at an agreed project milestone.
• 30% final payment upon completion of work and customer satisfaction.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges at the rate of 2% per month.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

We provide a 12-month warranty on all workmanship from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover:

• Damage caused by normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by improper use or maintenance.
• Alterations made by the customer or third parties after completion.
• Acts of nature (floods, earthquakes, etc.).

Manufacturer warranties for products and materials used in the course of our work are passed on to the customer.

6. Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel a service within 14 days of booking without giving any reason. To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by clear statement.

If you cancel after work has commenced, you may be charged for services already provided and materials already purchased.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software is the property of DevasMiscr Media or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

DevasMiscr Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our total liability for all claims related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific services that are the subject of the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DevasMiscr Media and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and the date of the latest revision will be indicated at the top of this page.
